Indulge in their three-course menu, start with dishes like Oysters with cranberry mignonette, Foie Gras Mousse, and Crab Cake with green béarnaise, castelfranco radicchio and pine nut.
Main dishes include Pan-Roasted King Salmon with roasted honeynut, sautéed greens and sauce Robert, Rohan Duck Breast with Gigante beans, Toulouse sausage, bacon and Roasted Graffiti Eggplant with tahini soubise, wild rice and pimentón oil.
End the evening on a sweet note with Crème Brûlée with Ronnybrook cream, vanilla bean, luxardo cherry and candied pine nuts.
They will be offering the Valentines Day menu for $85 per person, pre-paid with your reservation.
